Spa Policy & Booking Terms

Welcome to Serene Skin NYC. We are committed to delivering the highest level of care and professionalism to each of our clients. Our spa policies are in place to ensure every guest receives a consistent, safe, and respectful experience.

Reservations & Arrivals

All services at Serene Skin NYC are by appointment only. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability. A valid credit card is required to hold all bookings.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete any necessary intake forms and begin your treatment on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect the time of all clients and providers, we require advance notice for changes to scheduled appointments.

  1. Cancellations (24+ hours in advance):
    You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  2. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours):
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

  3. No-Shows:
    Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  4. Rescheduling:
    Appointments may be rescheduled with no fee if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.

  5. Emergency Cancellations:
    If you must cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please contact us directly. We will evaluate each situation individually and may waive fees at our discretion.

  6. Refunds for Prepaid Services:
    Clients who cancel within the appropriate window for a prepaid service are eligible for a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Appointments are scheduled to allow adequate time for each treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment. You will be responsible for the full service fee, regardless of time used.

Gift Cards & Certificates

Gift cards and certificates are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash but may be applied toward retail items or treatment packages.

Please be sure to mention your gift card or certificate when booking and present it at the time of your appointment.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the service price and is accepted via Cash or Zelle. Tipping is optional but appreciated, with the customary range being 18% to 20% of the total service amount, based on your satisfaction.

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice. This includes pricing for individual sessions, and series packages.

Treatment Packages & Product Return Policy

All treatment packages, including facial and laser hair removal services, are non-refundable once purchased.

Unopened retail products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for a store credit. Opened products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
